Croom Medical is an FDA registered company established in 1984 manufacturing medical devices for supply globally, hosting a range of subtractive, additive and finishing processes. They have developed long lasting partnerships with the medical industries’ leading companies, providing high quality Class I, II & III Orthopaedic Implants and Instruments. They operate a vertically Integrated Quality Management System accredited to ISO 13485 and ISO 14001. CROOM is producing medical implants through AM technology with particular expertise in Ti6Al4V, a popular material for implantable devices. The AM process for Ti6Al4V is fully validated and as such CROOM is very experienced in entire metal additive process chain for medical device production, including but not limited to post processing, handling, finishing, heat treatment, mechanical testing.
